Content for my new web site design – who is responsible?
The content creation for most web sites is often the biggest roadblock to completing a web site in its entirety. We have developed multiple packages for our clients in which some plans include the option for Premier Pixels to create content for your web site. Should you choose to go with one of our packages that does not include content creation then the responsibility of content would fall onto the client. In the case of Premier Pixels being responsible for content creation it is the responsibility of the client to inform our project managers of any special needs your project might have the content creation process.

If I am not satisfied with Premier Pixels work, am I eligible for a refund?
Premier Pixels stands behind all of its work. The client approves all work before it is completed, however we will refund any monies collected should any client feel that the services are not as described. If for any reason services are not rendered then the client is due 100% of their monies back.

How does Premier Pixels accept payment for services?
Premier Pixels web design comapny collects payments via pay-pal mainly because we feel this is the safest form of payment for both the client and Premier Pixels. If for any reason you are unable or do not wish to pay for services through pay-pal we do have other payment options available. Your project manager can accommodate accordingly.
