I mean let’s be honest, in the current state of our economy, consumers are cringing at the the thought of even filling their gas tanks, yet alone making any sort of high dollar purchase, so who couldn’t benefit from a little extra value? Now, think of an idea relative to your business, how could you market the word “FREE?” If you were interested in your own products or services, what could you offer that would be of value at no expense to your customers? 3. Over Deliver- This can never be overstated. When it comes to delivering your products and services, you must constantly strive to create a system within your business that goes above and beyond-on the front end and the back. Before the sale, after the sale and even between. What little ways could you show your previous and current customers “I appreciate you?” This is by far one of the most important elements to growing a successful enterprise. Not only does it deliver value, but it strengthens the very heartbeat of your business-your brand. It may take some time and effort to really create a duplicable system to over deliver, but the end result is so worth it!
