In essence a project manager’s role is to first understand how to identify the client’s goals, and then be able to communicate and articulate strategy with the actual design team. You can have the most technically sound and educated managers in the world but if they don’t know how to lead and delegate then communication will ultimately break down and 2 things are guaranteed

1) You will end up with an unhappy client who feels like their needs haven’t been met.

2) You will have a team of frustrated designers and developers who feel underappreciated.

It all starts with quality leadership from the top down. Our Las Vegas web design group is successful because of our leadership. There are many dynamics that come with building a strong team. Here at Premier Pixel we are all team players but our key to success lies in our ability to recognize what role each team member plays and then incorporate them into ‘the bigger picture’ to benefit our clients.
