Happy New Year!! It's been too long since I've posted a blog on our website. Things have been a little CRAZY (umm understatement) around here. Today's topic is an all to familiar one for those who've hit a growth spurt within their business. Managing growth properly within your business is a double edged sword. Sure it's great to be in a position to bite off more business than you can chew; but at what cost? More business isn't without it's growing pains because more to manage,  understanding your fulfillment process and maximizing efficiency becomes just as important as the services you represent.
